Consultant

Consultant. Any natural person engaged by the Company to provide services as a consultant or advisor, if such consultant or advisor provides bona fide services to the Company that are not in connection with the offer or sale of securities in a capital-raising transaction and do not directly or indirectly promote or maintain a market for the Company's securities

Consultant. An individual consultant or advisor who renders or has rendered bona fide services, including acting as distributors for the Corporation's product line(s), other than services in connection with the offering or sale of securities of the Corporation in a capital-raising transaction or as a market maker or promoter of the Corporation's securities

Consultant. Any non-Employee consultant or advisor to the Company or an Affiliate who has contracted directly with the Company or an Affiliate to render bona fide consulting or advisory services thereto

Consultant. Means any consultant, adviser or other individual engaged to provide services to the Partnership, the General Partner or any Subsidiary or Affiliate that qualifies under the applicable rules of the Securities and Exchange Commission for registration of shares on a Form S-8 Registration Statement.
