Consultant

Consultant. Any individual who is engaged by the Company or any Affiliate of the Company to render bona fide consulting or advisory services, other than in connection with the offer or sale of securities in a capital-raising transaction, whether or not such individual is compensated for such services

Consultant. Means any third party who is not entitled to receive Awards under Section 102, on behalf of whom an Award is Granted under Section 3(i).

Consultant. Means any person other than an Employee or a Director (solely with respect to rendering services in such person's capacity as a Director) who is engaged by the Company or any Subsidiary to render consulting or advisory services; provided, however, that a person shall be treated as a Consultant under this Plan only if a Form S-8 Registration Statement under the Securities Act is available to register either the offer or the sale of the Company's securities to such person

Consultant. Any individual who is not an Employee or a common law employee of the Company and who is retained to perform bona fide services of any kind for the Company, any Parent of the Company, any Subsidiary of the Company, or any Subsidiary of any Parent of the Company

Consultant. Any person, including an advisor, who is engaged by the Company to render services and is compensated for such services, including 'leased employees,' and any director of the Company whether or not compensated for such services

Consultant. Any Person who is an advisor or consultant to the Company or its Affiliates.

Consultant. Any person other than a Director or Employee who is engaged by the Company or an Affiliate to render consulting or advisory services and who is compensated for such services.

Consultant. A natural person who provides bona fide services to the Company or a Subsidiary and whose services are not in connection with a capital raising transaction and do not directly or indirectly promote or maintain a market for the Company's securities

Consultant. Any person who is engaged by the Company or any Parent or Subsidiary to render consulting, advisory or independent sales agent services to such entity

Consultant. Means any person (other than an Employee or a Director, solely with respect to rendering services in such person's capacity as a Director) who, either (i) is engaged by the Company or any Related Entity to render consulting or advisory services to the Company or such Related Entity or (ii) otherwise is eligible to participate in the Plan pursuant to Rule 701(c).
