Consultants

Consultants. Individuals who perform Services for or on behalf of Rivertek in the capacity of an independent Consultant to Rivertek.

Consultants. Has the meaning set forth above.

Consultants. Means the class of persons consisting of individuals engaged by the Company by contract or otherwise to provide services to the Company as the Committee shall so determine.

Consultants. Is defined in the Preamble to this Agreement.

Consultants. Means the Company's consultants and advisors only if: (i) they are natural persons; (ii) they provide bona fide services to the Company; and (iii) the services are not in connection with the offer or sale of securities in a capital-raising transaction, and do not directly or indirectly promote or maintain a market for the Company's securities.

Consultants. Individuals or entities who provide services to the Corporation who are not Employees or Directors

Consultants. Any person who performs services on behalf of the Company from time to time on an independent contractor basis; provided, however, that such services shall not be in connection with the offer and sale of securities in a capital-raising transaction

Consultants. Those persons, other than employees of the Company, who provide services to the Company, including members of any advisory board of the Company and nonemployee directors of the Company who are determined by the Company's Compensation Committee (Compensation Committee as defined in Section 5) to be eligible for Options under this Plan.
