CONSULTATION PERIOD

CONSULTATION PERIOD. -- The period beginning on the date that Employee becomes a consultant under Section 5.6 and ending on the earlier of: (a) the date which is five years after the date Employee becomes a consultant under Section 5.6, and (b) June 30, 2005.
