Consulting Agreement

Consulting Agreement. Means the Amended and Restated Consulting Agreement dated as of July 1, 1999 between the Corporation and Optionee, which amended and restated the Consulting Agreement dated as of January 1, 1998 between the Corporation and Optionee.

Consulting Agreement. That certain Consulting Agreement, dated February 6, 2009, between the Corporation and the Holder.

Consulting Agreement. Shall mean the Consulting Agreement between Titan and Dr. Lawrence Bernstein in the form of EXHIBIT A hereto.

Consulting Agreement. Means a one-year Consulting Agreement between Buyer and Paul Shipman.

Consulting Agreement. Means a consulting agreement, if any, between the Company and an Optionee, setting forth, inter alia, conditions and restrictions upon the transfer of shares of Stock.

Consulting Agreement. Means that Consulting Agreement, dated as of the date hereof, between Concorde and HFactor, as amended or supplemented from time to time.

Consulting Agreement. Means the Second Amended and Restated Consulting Agreement, dated as of May 20, 2003, among CDRJ, North Atlantic, Jafra Worldwide, Jafra Distribution (Mexico), Jafra US, Jafra Mexico and CD&R, as the same may be amended, amended and restated, waived, modified or supplemented from time to time, as well as its precedessor agreements.

Consulting Agreement. Means the Consulting Agreement, dated as of March 16, 2004, between CMI and the Stockholder.

Consulting Agreement. Each agreement between Seller and Buyer (or an Affiliate of Buyer) dated as of January 1, 2007, pursuant to which Buyer (or its Affiliate) agrees to provide consulting services to Seller to be performed by certain Transferred Employees in accordance with the terms thereof.

Consulting Agreement. Means the Consulting Agreement, of even date herewith, among the Company, Leiner Health Products Inc., Leiner Health Products, LLC and Affiliates of the Original Investors.
