Consulting Period

Consulting Period. Shall mean the period specified in Section 13 below during which Blau serves as a consultant to Griffon.

Consulting Period. For purposes of this Agreement, the term "Consulting Period" means a period commencing on the date of a Change in Control of the Company, and ending at 11:59 p.m. Milwaukee time on the third anniversary of such date.

Consulting Period. Shall mean the period specified in Section 13 during which Lorber serves as a consultant to Nathan's.

Consulting Period. Shall mean the period specified in Section 11 below during which Markel serves as a consultant to Herley.

Consulting Period. Means the period of time commencing on the Consulting Commencement Date and ending on the earlier to occur of (a) the fourth anniversary of the Consulting Commencement Date or (b) the date on which this agreement is terminated in accordance with the terms hereof.

Consulting Period. Shall mean either (i) the period beginning on the Employment Termination Date and continuing until the second anniversary of such date if a Participant is employed by the Company on a Change in Control Date or (ii) the period beginning on the Change in Control Date and continuing until the second anniversary of such date if a Participant is on an approved leave of absence, as described under Section 3(d) below, on such Change in Control Date.

Consulting Period. For purposes of this Agreement, the "CONSULTING PERIOD" shall mean the period beginning on the Change in Control Date and continuing until the second anniversary of such date.

Consulting Period. Shall mean that period of time following the termination of Executive's employment with the Company pursuant to her Consulting Option during which Executive serves as a Consultant to the Company pursuant to the Consulting Agreement.

Consulting Period. Shall mean that period of time following the termination of Executive's employment with the Company during which Executive serves as a Consultant to 3 the Company and as specifically defined in the Consulting Agreement, which is attached hereto as Exhibit "A".

Consulting Period. Shall mean the period beginning on April 1, 2002 and ending on March 31, 2007, unless sooner terminated under the terms of this Agreement.
