Consumer Information
Consumer Information. Any information or data about a Consumer provided by the Consumer to Broker, and then by Broker to Equifax, in connection with a Transaction. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Consumer Information does not include information regarding the Consumer already in the possession of Equifax prior to such Transaction.
