Consumer Preference Data
Consumer Preference Data. A subset of Aggregated Anonymous Data and means all data related to Consumers with respect to recipe selection (e.g., frequency of trialing each Product, repeat order of Products, total purchases of Products by week, percent share of Product) and Consumer ratings for each Product. Consumer Preference Data shall be provided on an anonymous, aggregate basis and excludes any Consumer Personal Information.
