Consumer Revenues

Consumer Revenues. Means the revenues of I-Trax, measured in accordance with GAAP, derived from (i) sales of subscriptions to MyFamilyMD's products, including MedWizards, to the general public (including physicians and other health professionals); (ii) sponsorship by third-parties of I-trax's and MyFamilyMD's products and web sites; (iii) advertising; (iv) sales of eImmune; and (v) fifty percent (50%) of sales of any other product that incorporates a MedWizard.
