Contaminant. Is any objectionable material that adversely affects the strength, purity, or safety of the Product.

Contaminant. Any Hazardous Material, hazardous substance, hazardous waste, pollutant, radioactive substance, radioactive waste, toxic substance, toxic waste, medical waste, special waste, petroleum or petroleum derived substance or waste, asbestos, polychlorinated biphenyls ("PCBs"), or any hazardous or toxic constituent thereof and includes any substance regulated under the Environmental Laws
