Contesting Direction
Contesting Direction. Means a written direction executed by the Seller's Representative, which direction contests a Buyer Direction. Each Contesting Direction must be delivered to the Escrow Agent in the manner set forth in Section 8 hereof, and copies of such direction must be delivered in like manner to Buyer.
