Continuance Period. The period of time beginning on the date of the termination of Executive's employment and ending on the date on which Executive is no longer receiving Base Salary payments under Section 7.

Continuance Period. Notwithstanding the preceding sentence, in the event of a termination of Executive's employment where Executive is not entitled to severance under Section 8(a), the Continuance Period shall be of no duration.
