Example Definitions of "Continuance Period"
Continuance Period. Will mean the period of time beginning on the date of the termination of Executive's employment and ending on the date that is six (6) months following the date of the termination of Executive's employment.

Continuance Period. For purposes of this Agreement: 9 (i) if Executive's employment is terminated by the Company without Cause or if Executive resigns for Good Reason, then "Continuance Period" will mean the period of time beginning on the date of the termination of Executive's employment and ending on the date two (2) years later.
