Continuation Period Termination

Continuation Period Termination. Means the termination of Executive's employment by Broadcom other than for Cause or by Executive for Good Reason, in each case, during the Continuation Period, and in each case, to the extent necessary, that constitutes a "Separation from Service" (as defined below).
