Continuing Agreements. Shall mean, collectively, (i) that certain Settlement Agreement and General Release dated as of October 2, 2002, among SII, FEP and Seiko Instruments U.S.A., Inc. Continuing Agreements. Collectively, the LMDS Services Agreement, the Master Spectrum Lease, the Wireline Services Agreement and the Wireless Services Agreement.
