Continuing Obligations

Example Definitions of "Continuing Obligations"
Continuing Obligations. Means (a) obligations which survive termination pursuant to the express terms of the Subordinated Loan Documents and (b) contingent reimbursement obligations and indemnity obligations contained in the Subordinated Loan Documents.
Continuing Obligations. The Covered Employee's obligations to the Company pursuant to the Covered Employee's Restrictive Covenants Agreement and any other agreement relating to confidentiality, assignment of inventions, or other restrictive covenants.
Continuing Obligations. The Eligible Participant's obligations to the Company pursuant to any agreement relating to confidentiality, assignment of inventions, or other restrictive covenants.
