Contract Documents. Contract Documents. Shall mean the Construction Contract(s), the Plans and Specifications, the Project Manual and such Change Orders and other addenda thereto.

Contract Documents. The "Contract Documents" are, collectively, the Assignment Agreement, the Security Agreement and Financing Statement between the Contractor and the Manufacturer dated this day, the Subordination Agreement between the Contractor, the Manufacturer, and the Senior Lender dated this day, and this Agreement.

Contract Documents. Means, collectively, this Agreement (with attached Exhibits), Purchase Orders (defined below) placed in accordance with this Agreement, and the Specifications (defined below).
