Example Definitions of "Contract Period"
Contract Period. Shall mean the period commencing the day immediately preceding a Change in Control and ending on the earlier of (i) the third anniversary of the Change in Control or (ii) the date the Executive would attain age 65 or (iii) the death of the Executive. For the purpose of this Agreement, a Change in Control shall be deemed to have occurred at the date specified in the definition of Change-in-Control.
