Contract Start Date

Contract Start Date. Means (i) for Equipment described in Schedule 1, the contract start date shown in Schedule 1 for such Equipment, which is the date on which the lease of such Equipment is deemed to have commenced hereunder, and for purposes of clarity, such date may be before the Effective Date and (ii) for Equipment leased by MLP OpCo from Schedule 2 or Schedule 3, the date on which such lease commences under Section 3(c).
