Contractual Dilution Reserve Amount. Contractual Dilution Reserve Amount means, for any Calculation Period, either (i) the sum of the highest amount of Contractual Dilution that has occurred with respect to Eligible Receivables owned by the Borrower during any of the most recently ended 12 calendar months for each individual Originator or (ii) such other amount as is reasonably determined by the Lenders upon written notice to the Servicer.
