Contractual Obligations

Contractual Obligations. Means, with respect to any Person, all of such Person's obligations of payment and performance under any agreement, instrument, document, permit, and certificate, and all other undertakings of such Person.

Contractual Obligations. Shall mean, as applied to Debtor, any indenture, mortgage, deed of trust, contract, undertaking, agreement or other instrument to which Debtor is a party or by which it or any of its properties is bound or to which it or any of its properties is subject, including, without limitation, the Loan Documents. 1

Contractual Obligations. Means as to any Person, any provision of any security issued by such Person or of any agreement, instrument or other undertaking to which such Person is a party or by which it or any of its property is bound.
