Contributed Business

Contributed Business. Shall mean, with respect to an Affiliated -------------------- Subsidiary Group, the business (including assets, liabilities, employees and all other tangible and intangible property), whether originally formed or acquired by Cabletron, contributed by Cabletron to the Affiliated Subsidiary Group and not distributed back to Cabletron.
