Contributed Technology. Means copies of the items of (i) software and designs identified in Exhibit A-5; and (ii) documentation, email (including any documentation included therein, such as attachments), correspondence, messages and other communications identified in Exhibit A-5, in the case of each of (i) and (ii), solely to the extent such items are exclusively used by or held for use in the Serve Business.
