Contributing Indebtedness

Contributing Indebtedness. All of the obligations of the Borrower and the Subsidiary Guarantors under the Notes, the Note Guarantees, the Indenture, the Bridge Loan Agreement, the Bridge Guarantee and any Additional Contributing Facilities and all other amounts and other obligations now or hereafter owed by the Borrower or the Subsidiary Guarantors to the Contributing Creditors pursuant to any Contributing Indebtedness Documents.
