Contributing Indebtedness Documents. The Notes, the Note Guarantees, the Indenture, the Bridge Loan Agreement, the Bridge Guarantee, any Additional Contributing Facilities and all other documents, agreements and instruments evidencing, securing or pertaining to any portion of the Contributing Indebtedness, in each case as amended, supplemented, restated or otherwise modified from time to time.
