Contributions

Contributions. The payroll deductions and other additional payments specifically provided for in the Offering, that a Participant contributes to fund the exercise of a Purchase Right. A Participant may make additional payments into his or her account, if specifically provided for in the Offering, and then only if the Participant has not already had the maximum permitted amount withheld during the Offering through payroll deductions.

Contributions. All amounts credited to the account of a participant pursuant to the Plan

Contributions. The payroll deductions and other additional payments that the Company may permit to be made by a Participant to fund the exercise of options granted pursuant to the Plan

Contributions. Means the amount of Eligible Pay contributed by a Participant through payroll deductions or other payments that the Administrator may permit a Participant to make to fund the exercise of rights to purchase Shares granted pursuant to the Plan

Contributions. Means payroll deductions taken from a Participant's Compensation and used to purchase shares of Common Stock under the Plan and, to the extent payroll deductions are not permitted by applicable laws (as determined by the Committee in its sole discretion) contributions by other means, provided, however, that allowing such other contributions does not jeopardize the qualification of the Plan as an "employee stock purchase plan" under Section 423 of the Plan.

Contributions. Means the amount of Base Compensation contributed by a Participant through payroll deductions to fund the exercise of any Options granted to such Participants pursuant to the Plan.

Contributions. The payroll deductions and any other additional payments that the Administrator may permit to be made by a Participant to fund the exercise of options granted pursuant to the Plan, subject to Section 423 of the Code
