Contributory Employee. Effective January 1, 2024, a U.S. employee of the Company or any Affiliate who is eligible to participate in the Pension Plan, regardless of whether such participation is under the Contributory Formula (as defined in the Pension Plan). For Plan Years prior to January 1, 2024 “Contributory Employee” means a U.S. employee of the Company or any Affiliate who is eligible to participate in the Pension Plan under the Contributory Formula (as defined in the Pension Plan)
