Example Definitions of "Control Agent"
Control Agent. Shall mean (i) the Revolving Agent at all times prior to the date on which the Revolving Agent shall have delivered a notice to all the parties hereto terminating this Agreement with respect to the Revolving Agent, and (ii) the Term Agent at all times thereafter. For the avoidance of doubt, there shall at all times be only one Control Agent.
