Control Change Date. The same meaning as such term is defined in the Company's 2011 Equity Incentive Plan
Control Change Date. Has the same meaning, as of any applicable date, as set forth in the Chesapeake Corporation Benefits Plan Trust (as in effect on such date).

Control Change Date. Means the date designated by the Board of occurrence of the events or series of events constituting a Change of Control.
Control Change Date. Means the date on which a Change in Control occurs. If a Change in Control occurs on account of a series of transactions or events, the "Control Change Date" is the date of the last of such transactions or events in the series.
