Control Purchase. For purposes of this definition, "Exempt Person" means each of Gould Investors L.P. and Fredric H. Gould, Jeffrey A. Gould, Matthew J. Gould, and the respective successors and assigns, family members, estates, and heirs of an Exempt Person and any trust or other investment vehicle for the primary benefit of any Exempt Person or their family members or heirs.
