Conversion Common Stock. The 93,262 shares of Common Stock issued to certain employees and consultants of the Company in exchange for units held by such individuals (which units had been issued upon the conversion of incentive units of the Company or its affiliates) in connection with the conversion of the Company from a limited liability company to a corporation.
Conversion Common Stock. Means all shares of Common Stock issued or issuable to the Investor upon conversion of any shares of Preferred Stock.
