Conversion Price

Example Definitions of "Conversion Price"
Conversion Price. Means Seventy-five cents ($.75) per share of Common Stock subject to adjustment as provided in Section 4.
Conversion Price. Shall mean $2,085.00, subject to adjustment from time to time as set forth in Section 4(h);
