Example Definitions of "Conversion Shares"
Conversion Shares. Any shares of Common Stock issued upon the conversion, in whole or in part, of this Note
Conversion Shares. The shares of Common Stock and Non-Voting Common Stock issued upon conversion of the Convertible Preferred Stock and the shares of Common Stock issued upon conversion of the Non-Voting Common Stock
Conversion Shares. Shall mean that number of shares of Common Stock issuable upon conversion of Performance Shares that have been vested and earned as of a Vesting Date.
Conversion Shares. Means shares of Common Stock issuable to holder upon Conversion.
