Converted Subscriber. Shall mean an Eligible MMDS Subscriber (a) from whom, pursuant to this Agreement, Nucentrix takes the initial Order for a DIRECTV Programming Package, and (b) who activates and commits to subscriber to a DIRECTV Programming Package.
