Convertible Debentures

Example Definitions of "Convertible Debentures"
Convertible Debentures. Means the Corporation's 7.5% Convertible Debentures issued March 31, 2003.
Convertible Debentures. Shall mean the 2% Convertible Debentures issued by the Borrower and currently outstanding in the aggregate principal amount of $27,000,000.
Convertible Debentures. Means the Company's 7.5% Convertible Debentures issued March 31, 2003.
Convertible Debentures. Means $4 million aggregate principal amount of the Company's 9.5% Subordinated Convertible Debentures due June 30, 2012.
Convertible Debentures. Shall mean any and all Convertible Debentures issued by the Guarantor pursuant to that certain Debenture Purchase Agreement, dated as of June 1, 2011, between the Guarantor, the Creditor and the other purchaser party thereto, up to a maximum principal amount of $350,000.
