Example Definitions of "Convertible Note"
Convertible Note. Means that certain secured convertible promissory note of the Company issued to CPBF, dated as of September 23, 2024.
Convertible Note. Convertible Note. Shall mean this Convertible Promissory Note.
Convertible Note. A promissory note (a "Convertible Note") with a face amount equal to such excess amount. Such Convertible Note will provide for an interest rate, right to convert into common stock of Purchaser (the "Common Stock") and certain other terms and conditions more particularly described on Exhibit C attached hereto and made a part hereof, subject to any revisions requested by the Lenders under the ACE Credit Agreement (as hereinafter defined)
Convertible Note. Has the meaning set forth in the Purchase Agreement.
Convertible Note. Means that certain Amended and Restated Convertible Promissory Note, dated as of December 28, 2005 issued by the Trust in favor of Gaughan.

Convertible Note. That certain convertible promissory note in the original principal amount of $___________ and issued by the Company to Buyer pursuant to the Investment Agreement.
Convertible Note. Shall have the meaning specified in the Recitals hereto.
