Cooperative Agreement

Cooperative Agreement. Shall mean that Cooperative Endeavor Development and Tax Sharing Agreement among Tenant, (formerly Hollywood Park, Inc.), the District, the City of Lake Charles, Louisiana (City) and the Calcasieu Parish Police Jury (Jury) dated as of November 9, 1999 and as amended as of April 22, 2003, providing for the sharing of head tax revenues and the providing of certain infrastructure improvements.
