Coownership agreements

Coownership agreements. Means the following agreements: a) agreement between the ULP, the CNRS and the Company dated 29th December 2006 under which the Company has rights to enter into this Asset Purchase Agreement and is committed to share the Purchase Price with ULP and CNRS; and b) agreement between Fondation Transplant (former FORENAP) and Company under which the Company has rights to enter into this Asset Purchase Agreement.
