Copyright Act. For purposes of this Agreement, excerpts and abridgements made pursuant to Section 3.3 or formatting revisions to Hearst Content or Magazine Content made by Women.com, LLC in the normal course of producing or hosting any Magazine Site shall not be deemed Enhancements.
