CORNING ASSIGNED TRADEMARKS

CORNING ASSIGNED TRADEMARKS. Shall mean those trademarks and service marks, registered and unregistered, applications and renewals therefor, trade names, logos, company names and domain names owned by Corning or its Subsidiaries as of the Asset Purchase Closing listed in Exhibit 1.5 attached hereto.
