Corporate Affiliate

Corporate Affiliate. Shall mean (i) for purposes of the U.S. Program any parent or subsidiary corporation of the Company (as determined in accordance with Code Section 424), whether now existing or subsequently established, (ii) for purposes of the Global Program any affiliate controlling the Company or controlled by the Company directly or indirectly through one or more intermediaries.

Corporate Affiliate. Any parent or subsidiary of the Company (as defined in Section 424 of the Code) which is incorporated in the United States, including any parent or subsidiary corporation which becomes such after the Effective Date

Corporate Affiliate. Shall mean (i) any parent or subsidiary corporation of GEO (as determined in accordance with Code Section 424), whether now existing or subsequently established.
