Corporate Capacity. Describes serving as a member of the Board of Directors of the Company, an officer of the Company, or at the request of the Company as a director, officer, trustee, general partner, managing member, fiduciary, employee or agent of an Enterprise. Corporate Capacity includes, unless the context requires otherwise, the estate or personal representative of Indemnitee.
Corporate Capacity.
