Example Definitions of "Corporate Group"
Corporate Group. Means the Company and any successor thereof, any and all parent corporations of the Company, and any and all subsidiary corporations of the Company as of the relevant date of determination. For purposes of this Plan, "parent" or "parent corporation" and "subsidiary" or "subsidiary corporation" shall have the same meanings as defined in Sections 424(c) and 424(f) of the Code.
