Corporate Transaction Bonus Pool. An amount of consideration equal to either: (i) five percent (5%) of the Total Consideration if the Total Consideration for a Corporate Transaction is less than $275,000,000; (ii) six percent (6%) of the Total Consideration if the Total Consideration for a Corporate Transaction is equal to or greater than $275,000,000 and less than or equal to $300,000,000; or (ii) seven (7%) of the Total Consideration if the Total Consideration for a Corporate Transaction is greater than $300,000,000....
