Corporation Group

Corporation Group. Means the Corporation, a parent corporation or subsidiary corporation of the Corporation, or a corporation, or a parent corporation or subsidiary corporation of such corporation, issuing or assuming an Option in a transaction of the type described in Section 424(a) of the Code. The terms "parent corporation" and "subsidiary corporation" shall have the meanings assigned to such terms by Section 424 of the Code.
