Corporation Securities. (i) shares of Common Stock, (ii) any other interests that would be treated as "stock" of the Corporation pursuant to Treasury Regulation Section 1.382-2T(f)(18), and (iii) warrants, rights or options (including within the meaning of Treasury Regulation Section 1.382-4(d)(9)) to purchase Corporation Securities, but only to the extent such warrants, rights or options are treated as exercised pursuant to Treasury Regulation Section 1.382-4(d).
