Corporation Senior Managers

Corporation Senior Managers. Shall mean the Chairman of the Board, the President (Chief Executive Officer), the Senior Vice President-Manufacturing and Sourcing, the Senior Vice President-Administration and Finance (Chief Financial Officer) and up to one other executive officer of the Corporation as determined by the Compensation Committee in consultation with the Chief Executive Officer.
