Corre Warrants. Those certain common stock purchase warrants, dated as of December 8, 2021, for, among other things, the purchase in the aggregate of up to 2,550,578, 1,160,918 and 1,288,504, shares of Common Stock by Corre Opportunities Qualified Master Fund, LP, Corre Horizon Fund, LP and Corre Horizon II Fund, LP, respectively, upon the terms and conditions set forth therein.
