Corresponding Day

Corresponding Day. With respect to each month, the day of that month that is the same day of the month as the Grant Date; provided that, for any month for which there is not a day corresponding to the Grant Date, then the Corresponding Day shall be the last day of such month. By way of example, if the Grant Date was the 31st of December, the Corresponding Day in June would be the 30th
