CoSale Agreement

CoSale Agreement. Shall mean the Second Amended and Restated Right of First Refusal and Co-Sale Agreement to which the Company is a party.

CoSale Agreement. The Co-Sale Agreement among the Company, its stockholders who are parties thereto and the Warrantholder, dated the date hereof, in the form annexed hereto as Exhibit D.
