Cost of Funds

Cost of Funds. Means the per annum rate of interest which the Bank is required to pay, or is offering to pay, for wholesale liabilities, adjusted for reserve requirements and such other requirements as may be imposed by federal, state or local government and regulatory agencies, as reasonably determined by the Bank.
